CAVALIERvault accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit and debit cards and PayPal. All transactions on this website are processed using PayPal, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. All orders are processed in United States Dollars (USD). While the content of your cart may be displayed in the currency of your choice, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.
DELIVERY & INSURANCE
CAVALIERvault insures each order during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by CAVALIERvault and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
TAXES & DUTIES
Product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. The recipient is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise the amount this may be, and we suggest that you consult your local customs bureau directly.
EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY
CAVALIERvault accepts returns on faulty goods and exchanges on size. Kindly notify us of your intent to exchange or return a product within 7 calendar days of receiving the delivery of your order via our CONTACT page.
Items should be returned new, unused, unaltered, unwashed and with all original brand tags and packaging intact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, belts and any designer or brand packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
Kindly CONTACT us immediately if any of your purchases have been delivered without tags.
All items returned should have a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number which will be allocated to you on approval of the exchange or return. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
FAULTY GOODS ▶︎ Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one month of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Where possible, we will offer to repair faulty items. If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. You will receive a refund if the item cannot be repaired or replaced.
COLOURS ▶︎ We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on CAVALIERvault. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
RETURNS ▶︎ We do our best to check and ensure that items are in the best condition before they are sent to you. If our eyes have missed something, kindly be ensured that we will rectify the situation as promptly as possible.
CAVALIERvault will bear shipping costs related for you to send faulty items back to us via our partner carriers.
While notifying us of your intent to return a faulty item, you will be offered the option to either receive a non-faulty replacement item of the same style, size and colour if available or to receive a refund in the form of store credit or on the original purchaser’s credit card.
Your refund will either be credited to your CAVALIERvault account as store credit or to the original purchaser's credit card and will include the purchase price as well as shipping costs related to the faulty item(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded only for items returned using our free local collection service within Singapore.
Kindly note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through CAVALIERvault. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.
EXCHANGES ▶︎ Kindly note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. There is no charge to exchange items for a different size. However, all exchanges are based on stock availability. Once you receive our Return/Exchange confirmation email, it means that we have reserved your replacement size for you so we need your help to ensure that the returned item(s) reach us within 7 days if you are local customer or 15 days if you are an international customer. If the item(s) arrive outside of this time frame, the availability of the replacement items cannot be guaranteed.
GIFT RETURNS ▶︎ If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit to your CAVALIERvault account (you will need to register your details). The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Kindly be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. To arrange a return, kindly CONTACT us with your order number (stated in the documents of your delivery package) within 7 days of receiving your gift from our carriers.
LATE RETURNS & EXCHANGES ▶︎ You are advised to notify us of your intention to return or exchange items within 7 days of receiving the delivery of your order. Once you receive our Return/Exchange confirmation email, kindly ensure that the returned item(s) reach us within 7 days if you are local customer or 15 days if you are an international customer. Returns or exchanges made outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of CAVALIERvault.
